You will need a good five hours of a day on holiday in Bressanone/Brixen for the moderately difficult Valle Isarco/Eisacktal Wine and Apple Trail. The starting point is Bressanone/Brixen's historic district of Stufles/Stufels east of the Adlerbrücke bridge. Alternatively, you can walk the path in sections, e.g. from Naz/Natz to Raas and back again. This hike is particularly worthwhile during the apple blossom season (April and May). But even in early or late summer, the Apple Trail is a highlight for holidaymakers near Bressanone/Brixen!
One of the probably most beautiful hikes on holiday near Bressanone/Brixen is the three-hour easy hike along the Valle Isarco/Eisacktal Wine Trail. The trail leads from the Abbazia di Novacella/Neustift monastery through picturesque vineyards to Bressanone/Brixen town centre. Tip: Treat yourself to a little refreshment and a good glass of wine in one of the many taverns or inns along the way!
Tip: With the BrixenCard, you can enjoy a trip up and down the mountain on the Plose cable car and free admission to the Acquarena pool area!
